環氧地坪施工中出現水波紋的原因及解決辦法

 

環氧地坪出現水紋情況在簡易施工或者施工要求不是太高的項目中比較常見,這是由于地面情況、漆膜厚度等綜合影響的原因;而在專業的無錫環氧地坪漆施工方案中,由于環氧底漆解決了地面吸收的問題,環氧中涂解決了平整度的問題,這些都給面漆施工打好了基礎,所以出現水紋的情況有所緩解,特別是在自流平面漆使用時,可以達到非常高的表面一致性。在環氧地坪漆施工項目中,很多時候施工過程非常正常也非常順利,但是在漆膜固化之后,就出現了類似于水波蕩漾一樣的波紋,特別是在燈光斜角折射時,大量的波浪狀反射顯得環氧地坪非常不平整,而這種情況出現后,幾乎是沒有辦法改善的。要預防大量水波紋的出現,首先是要了解清楚是什么情況引發了這種現象,下面小編總結一下:

1、環氧地坪施工地面不平整最易產生水紋

水波紋是一種不平整成膜現象,而地面不平整時,必然引起漆膜固化后的不平整,特別是簡易施工的“1底+2面”或者“2面漆”直接施工的方法。選擇這類簡單施工的項目,幾乎沒有辦法避免這種情況,所以如果要求比較高,建議選擇其他方案進行施工。

2、地面吸收不均勻產生水紋

水泥基層施工存在很多不均性,使得施工時不同位置對于漆液的吸收也不盡相同,在施工完畢之后,觀察表面狀態是正常的,但是在固化反應過程中,由于不同吸收情況的出現,慢慢地就會產生漆面不均的情況,從而導致水紋出現。

解決的方法就是預先做好環氧底漆的施工,由于底漆能深入水泥表面,對水泥存在的氣孔進行填充,并且在表面形成一層封閉的漆膜,可以達到很好的一致性,從而避免類似不良的發生。

3、溫差引發的水紋現象

環氧漆表面固化時間約為8小時左右,實干即需要24小時左右,達到完全的性能強度,則需要7天的時間,這個固化過程中,溫度變化過大時,容易造成不同溫度條件下的固化反應速度不同,在漆膜內產生應力變化的情況,應力變化就容易產生表面平整不一致的情況。

因此,在環氧地坪漆施工的時候,盡可能選擇溫度變化不會太大的時間段進行,如果沒辦法避免的話,也應對場地進行保護,人為改善溫差過大的情況。

4、空氣流動性過大引起水紋

如果漆膜施工完成之后,場地內不斷有陣風流動時,漆膜受到陣風吹拂,便會產生波動,在慢慢的固化之后便形成水紋。

保持適當的空氣流通有利于提升固化質量,但是當空氣流動不均或者過于嚴重時,則應適當進行施工后場地的封閉,減少不均勻的空氣流動帶入灰塵及影響漆膜成型。

5、漆膜過薄引起的水紋

在薄涂型無錫環氧地坪方案施工中,由于漆膜過薄,成膜過程中內部應力不易控制,所以成膜之后平整度低也是比較常見的,通過多次施工可以提升漆膜效果,但是為了達到更好的表面平滑效果,則建議使用漆層更為飽厚的自流平環氧漆進行施工。自流平漆可以有更高的施工厚度,密度更大,分子間的壓力也更大,這樣就提升了相鄰分子的統一性,因此施工后會有高度的一致性,同時它也能覆蓋許多原地面不平整的情況,達到最佳效果。
